So I have decided to do things a little different with my exerise posts and have them all together.

Exercise = I did this –
Squats! The bar weighed 30kg & I had an additional 5kg on top, 4 sets of 10 with 1 min rest inbetween, along with dumbbell squat + push press using two 5kg weights.
Back extensions x 10 and bend knee hip raises x 10, with a 1 min rest, doing 3 sets

As you can I see I didn’t do too well on some days.
Overall I averaged a calorie burn of 2189, I however ate 1998 on average, so it was an overall deficit.
With my starting my new job tomorrow my burns and distances should increase as I’ll be on my feet for 12 hours shifts.
