So I didn’t manage to do a 5K on thanksgiving but then again I’m in the UK so it wasn’t a special day for me đŸ˜‰ I did however manage to go one this morning, which just so happens to be my birthday đŸ™‚
This is the first 5k I have done in a long time, it wasn’t fast by any means. I ran the first 1 mile and the last 0.3 mile and .5 miles somewhere in between.
