Wednesday – 6 hours at work, full of cold so no workout.
Thursday – cancelled extra shift, spent the day in bed.
Friday – 6 hours at work, workout in morning
Saturday – out for the day, no workout
Sunday – 12 hr

Powerbag clean & press – 10kg 3×8
Chest press – 10kg 3×15
Seated row – 10kg 3x15Lat pull down – 27.5kg 3×15
Leg press – 50kg 3×15
Friday
Treadmill – 20min 1.5 mile pacer – finished in 16:09.
