Now onto whats happening this week

Monday = 12.5hr shift
Tuesday = 12.5hr shift
Wednesday = 1 mile treadmill run | Bodypump class | gym session (weight machines) | 1.5 mile treadmill run
Thursday = 1 mile treadmill run | Insanity class | 6hr afternoon shift
Friday = 1 mile treadmill run | Bodypump class | 6hr afternoon shift
Saturday = 12.5hr shift
Sunday = 12.5hr shift

I shall do a review next Sunday. This is a very busy work week for me so I’m just hoping to do all that is listed.
