So I have been back to work this week so all the exercise I’ve done has been walking but I get to do quite a lot on each shift.
Monday – 8.7 miles
Tuesday – 8.54 miles
Wednesday – 8.65 miles
Thursday – 8.64 miles
Total = 34.53 miles
So far today I haven’t done much, after my shifts I just couldn’t get up early to make it to the gym. I will be getting on my exercise bike and using my weights though.
This weekend I’m going to go for a run in my new brooks 🙂 and then off to the gym.
