Monday was my second day back at the gym and I knew I wanted/needed a day off from the weights. My plan was to run a 5k which I haven’t done in months, I ended up walking most of it.
48 min it took me to do 5k! I ran at first but had cramp for the most part so walk 75% of it 🙁 I am determined to be able to run for a full hour on a treadmill like I used too.
Yesterday I decided to have a day off and today I am going back to hopefully do weights, if I can get a power rack that is.
