10/06 workout

So I did just cardio on the 10th, my legs were still sore from the day before I think it’s best not to do it 2 days in a row.

I went on the spin bike for 5 mins then onto the threadmill, ending with some stretches.

treadmillI’d also done 1 mile before this in 13.25 mins so in total that’s 3.11 mile in 37.26 min so that’s a speed of 4.98 mi/h & a pace of 12.02. Bare in mind a walked at 4.2 (I think) for the first 5 min.
