Jamie Eason’s LiveFit Trainer – Phase 1 Day 3

I left y water bottle at home so I only did my strength training and no cardio. Today called for the following:

I did variations on the standing calf raise & seated calf raise as the gym doesn’t have those machines. For standing calf raise I used the leg press machine and for seated calf raise I sat on a bench and used a fixed weighed barbell.

I can really feel my arms improving and I am impressed with my self with sicked with a gym routine for so long (livefit + stronglifts), usually I give up after a few days. I think that the gym is generally extremely quiet when I go really helps.
