I have decided to add another workout to my gym routine. I will be following the workouts but not the food or supplement parts.
Phase one (BUILDING MUSCLE THROUGH STRENGTH TRAINING) is 4 weeks long and consist of 4-5 workouts.
DAY ONE:
I got to the gym around 7:30am to find the place almost empty 🙂 in fact by 8am I was the only one there. I dropped the second lot of push ups and did dumbbell flyes rather than cable flyes as someone was using it. I am having difficulty with the form/technique for tricep extensions, it doesn’t feel right & I can’t seem to keep my arms next to me head.
I know I will get better over time. I will be doing this programme along side Stronglifts 5×5 so some days will be exhusting.
It’s strange that I am willing & able to get up at 5-6am to go to the gym but hate getting up at 6am to go to work. I really hope I keep this up. I do need to work on my food as I am still comfort/bored eater but I am really trying to improve what I eat.
Tomorrow I am aiming to get to the gym around 6am for week 2:day 2 of Stronglifts 5×5 and week 1:day 2 of Livefit.
