Well not really, I’m just carrying on with what I started in 2013 but wasn’t successful with, the weight lose & fitness thing. I am thinking of going for early morning weekend runs and the rest of the week working out in the gym (when I’m not working that is).
Goals for 2014:
Weight = get to 138lbs / 62kgs
Running = be able to run 10k without stopping
Uni = finish my current module & start a new one
Life = move to Worthing, get a pug or two, get a new job

Went to the gym this morning, did 3k on the cross trainer then walked 2k on the treadmill
