Around 1 month ago we obtained two bikes from someone my OH works with. So far I have only been out on mine 4 times. I haven’t been on a bike for something like 20 years and I don’t have much confidence on the busy roads.
I am getting better on the roads but sometimes I just have to use the pavements. I hate roundabouts and passing buses.
Our plan is to go on mainly small rides during the week and one longer downs rides once a month. I hope this will help me to kick start my weight loss again.
