So I have signed up to the local leisure centre. It’s not as good as my health club was but is just up the road and cheap.

I actually signed up on 1/6/14 but have only been to the gym once 🙁 I have booked classes but keep cancelling them! I need to get out of this mentality. I aim to do one class a day & adding a run on days off as well as the gym. I haven’t ran for weeks now and I’ve lost of my fitness, I only manage to get to 0.5 miles before I need to walk and I end up walking most of the 5k 🙁 I intend to get past this and work on building my miles.

I start my night shifts on 22nd June, at the moment I am doing days to get to know the residents etc.
