So this afternoon, after weeks of pain, I finally got to see a dentist. I have gone NHS rather than private as I can’t afford much, down stairs is for the private patients, so upstairs I went to sit in the NHS waiting room.
The dentist was very informative, probably told me more than I could take in. I had an examination and 2 x-rays then he ran through everything that needed doing:
Filling x 2
Root extractions x 1Root canal x 1
Crown x 1
All this comes to £223.50!
Thankfully I only pay as and when the treatments are done, so I paid £18.80 to day and pay £30 something on 2nd March when I have my second appointment.
