So you can clearly seen the days where I did not set exercise, my calorie burns aren’t bad though (just have to not eat over then lol)
Monday I went for a run as well as going to the gym
Tuesday I was going on to my night shifts and ended up doing very little 🙁
Wednesday I went for a run right after my night shift
Thursday Again I did little
Friday I went for a run after my night shift
Saturday I don’t think I did anything but I still managed to reach my goals on by fitbit
Now to work on staying within my calorie goals
