So I went to my interview on Monday, I thought it went ok. I was to hear yes or no yesterday but still I haven’t heard anything.

The company appears a great one and they are opening a new dementia home later on this year. I would start as a grade 2, seniors are grade 3. If I was looking at a career with them then I would be aiming for a grade 3 position.
