I have had a busy/lasy few weeks and I’m not sorry about it one bit. I have an assignment to get done for uni which was HARD and I still have my final one to finish. I had this week off work to visit my parents and I’ve been running a lot more (more day, not longer distance)
My fastest so far. I haven’t managed to go beyond 5k yet but I hope to do soon. I have a 10k lined up in June after my holiday.
I left my strength training gym. I just wasn’t making good use of it and I’ve been more focused on my running at present. I intent this coming week to start strength training at my current gym. I’d like to do 2-3 days of this plus 3 days of runnng
