So I did my first 5k outdoors the other day and did it in 43mins, I ran it again today and I did it in just under 43mins. I def feel my breathing is getting much better and feel I can get the time down to 30ish mins real soon.
I am thinking of leaving the gym and doing my runs outside most day, I have finally gotten over the whole ‘people watching me’ thing. I am also thinking about joining a local boot camp and doing 2 classes a week.
