My Fitbit data from yesterday. Pretty good, I think. That is from a 12.5hr shift and I stayed under my total calories!

Gym this morning but didn’t do everything on my list from Sunday 🙁

Gym routine:

Treadmill – 4 min
Assisted Pull Up (65kg) – 2×8
Plank – 30 sec
OHP (20kg) – 3×8
Crunches – 3×8
Stretches
